Israel Sanitation Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") provides household waste collection services across Duport Road, Soul Clinic, Mt Barclay, ELWA, Red Light, Pipeline Community, Police Academy and surrounding communities, and Omega and surrounding communities in Paynesville, Liberia. This policy explains what information we collect from our customers, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

When you sign up for our waste collection service, or as we carry out collections, we may collect:

• Contact information: your name, phone number, and household address
• Location data: GPS coordinates of your household, captured during sign-up and at each collection, so our field staff can confirm the correct pickup location
• Signature: a digital signature captured at sign-up to confirm your service agreement
• Payment information: the amount, method (cash, Orange Money, or MTN Mobile Money), date, and month covered by each payment. For cash payments, a photo of the receipt; for mobile money, the transaction number
• Collection photos: photos taken by field staff at the time of pickup, used to confirm the collection took place

2. How We Use Your Information

• To register you as a customer and maintain your household's service record
• To schedule and confirm waste collections at your location
• To send you confirmation messages by WhatsApp or SMS when a collection is completed or a payment is recorded
• To track payment history and send reminders for upcoming or overdue payments
• To generate your printed household service agreement

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your information is stored in access-controlled systems used internally by Israel Sanitation Solutions staff. Photos, signed agreements, and payment receipts are kept in organized, restricted-access storage. Only authorized staff and enumerators have access to customer records, and access is limited to what's needed to carry out collection and billing duties.

4. WhatsApp and SMS Messaging

If you provide a phone number, we may use it to send you service-related messages — such as collection confirmations and payment reminders — through WhatsApp or SMS. We only send messages relevant to your service with us, and you may ask us at any time to stop sending WhatsApp messages to your number.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Information is only shared with the service providers that help us operate — for example, messaging platforms used to deliver WhatsApp/SMS confirmations, and cloud storage used to keep your records safe. These providers only process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

6. Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 on this website to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are viewed, and whether a visitor starts a sign-up, sends us a WhatsApp message, or calls one of our numbers via a link on the site. Google Analytics operates through cookies and similar technologies and collects standard technical information such as approximate location (city/region level), device and browser type, and pages viewed.

We do not send your name, phone number, address, signature, GPS coordinates, sign-up form details, or any other information that identifies you personally to Google Analytics. Analytics data is used only in aggregate, to help us understand overall site usage, and is not linked back to your household's service record.

7. Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to:

• Ask what information we hold about your household
• Request a correction to your contact or address details
• Ask us to stop sending WhatsApp or SMS messages to your number
• Request that we delete your information, subject to any records we're required to keep for payment or legal purposes

We may update this policy from time to time as our services or systems change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
